Hi, guys, it’s Alston. In this video, we are going to learn about Tomba, an Email Finder, and Verify tool.

It’s almost like an alternative to Hunter.io, where it helps you find email addresses from websites, domain name lists, or web pages lists or helps you find email addresses by suggesting names and companies.

Tomba App Overview

The first thing I wanted to address is that their website is poorly designed, to be honest, where it does not give much confidence when we are looking into an email finder.

I sincerely hope that they will do a much better job of designing their website because their tool is actually really great and does a really good job of it.

Tomba Extensions (Chrome, Firefox, Thunderbird, Excel, and Safari)

Okay, let me go into the app itself.

Basically, this is the Tomba web application where I can use it to find and verify email addresses.

But you are not just restricted to doing all these works directly within the app, as most of you won’t even log in to their website because they have other ways of using Tomba.

For example, if you are using a Chrome web browser or Chromium web browser, you can use their Chrome extension.

Or if it’s a Firefox web browser, you can use their Firefox add-on. Or if it’s Microsoft, you might want to use the Microsoft Excel add-on.

If it’s a Thunderbird solution, they have a separate Thunderbird solution for that.

Finally, a Safari web browser extension as well.

Domain Search

So most of you won’t even need to log in to the app.

You can use these services from one of these web extension applications itself.

Let me go through some of the features available within Tomba to give you a better understanding of what it does and what features it provides.

Basically, it is divided into five major components.

The first one is called Domain Search, where we provide a domain name, or if you are on an extension, you visit any website and click on Domain Search, and it will show all the email addresses it was able to find within that particular domain name.

You can also select and filter it out by department. And if we want, we can also export all this into a CSV format as well. Basically, that is what the search functionality does.

Email Finder

When we go to the finder, this is something different.

Rather than just doing a domain search and trying to find all the people, we give some name and a company detail and try to come up with the email address or potential email address.

Depending on your need, you can do a domain search, or based on a personal name and the domain, you can go and search for that.

Email Verifier

Verify, as I mentioned, where you can pretty much verify any email addresses. You can also use email verification within the search and find as I showed you. But in case you are not sure whether an email address you have is good or not, this is a single verifier where bulk options are available within the Bulk section.

Bulk Email

Now when I go into the Bulk section, basically Bulk does the three of these different steps as I showed you, but it gives the Bulk option to do in a much larger list of data.

The next bulk checker is going to be Domain Search, where it’s similar to the search option, where we can create a new bulk and try to find email addresses for a list of domains.

Bulk Email Finder

The next bulk checker is going to be Email Finder, where it’s similar to the Finder option, where we can create a new bulk and try to find email addresses based on the names or whatever details we provide and get the data from here.

Bulk Email Verifier

Email Verifier is the same concept where rather than verifying one by one, if we, let’s say, have a source of thousands of emails, I want to see what are the valid emails within this, possibly before a cold outreach campaign, you paste the list of addresses, and you can see how many emails, where you can verify up to 50 email addresses per domain name every 24 hours just to make sure to have spam filters to ensure there is no abuse on the system.

Leads Management

And the final section is leads, where, as I showed you, whatever data you saved, you can see it in the leads. For example, you get some CRM aspect of it where you can see you can create different lead lists depending on your need.
