What is the Difference Between Litespeed vs Litespeed Enterprise
The difference is huge in some cases and in some cases it doesn’t matter much, I will breifly explain the major things. For example OpenLiteSpeed only support RewriteRule and RewriteCond directives in .htaccess file. Rest of the stuff is ignored but you can still achieve all of that through web admin.
LiteSpeed Enterprise is fully-apache compatible. You can just replace apache with LiteSpeed Enterprise and you won’t have to lift a finger.
Also, LiteSpeed Ent supports ESI which is a kind of alternative to VARNISH caching. Back in days, LiteSpeed Ent was the only server with QUIC protocol support but now OpenLiteSpeed also supports QUIC.
And CloudPages support both of them, you can choose that during installation.
